What should your exercise habits be, if you want to extend your health and life span? Honestly, no one knows for sure. However, what is for sure is that if you want to have exceptional WELLTH, you must INVEST in your WELLTH. And just as in financial health, the person that invests wisely is much more likely to have wealth than the person that just spends her money. Just ask any investor.
Too many middle-agers spend their WELLTH without investing in their WELLTH. And we see the results. I am convinced, based upon my own research and studies, that each of us should exercise every single day if we want to ensure, as much as possible, great WELLTH. And I don't just preach this; I live it. And so many students are also living it, which makes me sooo proud and happy! I want to send a shout out to the top Prehab Therapy streaks (as of the time of this writing):

To your health,
